Located in Tuzla, the project was realized by replanning and redesigning an existing factory building, previously used in a different industry, to suit Chryso's production and office needs. The work was carried out simultaneously with the building's strengthening project, ensuring a holistic approach to both structural and architectural interventions.

Within the scope of the project, production areas and office units were reorganized with a design that considers workflow and usage efficiency. In the site plan study, vehicle and pedestrian circulation, loading and unloading areas, and open space uses were optimized taking into account the existing plot conditions.

Throughout the design process, full compliance with current building standards and industrial facility requirements was prioritized. In terms of fire safety, regulatory requirements regarding escape routes, fire compartments, fire-resistant materials and systems were considered at every stage of the project. All these elements, supported by detailed implementation plans, aimed to ensure the building would be safe, functional, and compliant with regulations before commissioning.

In conclusion, the project exemplifies how an existing industrial structure can be transformed and repurposed to meet the needs of a new user, achieved through a structural reinforcement work that is fully compliant with standards.
